Jermeka is a co-founder of Through His Eyes International (THEi Church). She has over fifteen years of leadership experience. Her passion is leadership growth and development. She believes every Christian is the spiritual leader in their area of influence. Her purpose is to cultivate their character, gifts, and faith, so that they can do great things for God. Jermeka has an MBA, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology. She has been blessed to be married to the love of her life, Travis. She is the mother of their three children.

Assistant Pastor Tony is an ordained minister at THEi Church in Northern Virginia, where he utilizes his strong leadership skills and spiritual maturity to oversee the church’s financial services, including professional development and annual financial seminars aimed at helping the congregation achieve financial security. With a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Virginia, Pastor Tony’s dependability and faithfulness in his ministry are highly valued by the church community.

Youth Minister Julia is a beacon of hope and guidance for the youth at Through His Eyes International. Her creative approach to engaging young hearts and minds fosters an environment where they can explore their faith and grow in their relationship with God. Julia organizes fun and impactful activities that not only entertain but also teach valuable life lessons rooted in biblical principles. She believes in empowering the next generation to become leaders in their communities, encouraging them to embrace their unique gifts and talents. Julia’s unwavering faith and enthusiasm inspire those around her, making her an invaluable asset to our church family.

Kelly brings a warm and inviting atmosphere to THEi’s Cafe, creating a space where fellowship and community thrive. Her passion for hospitality shines through as she serves delicious treats and beverages, making everyone feel at home. Beyond her cafe duties, Kelly’s heart for service is evident in her willingness to lend a hand wherever needed, embodying the spirit of teamwork and love that defines our church family.

AJ is pationate about spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to everyone he meets! He leads out community outreach and comes up with great ideas to impact the community. With a heart full of compassion, AJ connects with individuals from all walks of life, sharing the love of Christ through meaningful conversations and acts of service. His enthusiasm for evangelism inspires others to join him in making a difference, fostering a sense of unity and purpose within the church. AJ believes that every interaction is an opportunity to reflect God’s grace and to invite others into a transformative relationship with Him.

Whitney, as the Ministry Event Planner/Administrator at THEI, plays a crucial role in organizing events and supporting Pastor Jermeka with administrative tasks. Her keen organizational skills ensure that every event resonates with purpose and joy, fostering an environment where faith can flourish. Whitney’s role extends beyond mere administration; she embodies the spirit of community and collaboration at THEI using her gift of prophecy to pray for individuals seeking guidance from God, offering them spiritual insight and encouragement.

Peggy is the operations manager and a great help at THEI! She faithfully serves as the building facilitator and leads an addiction recovery support group. With her compassionate heart and unwavering dedication where individuals can find hope and healing. Her organizational skills ensure that every aspect of our operations runs smoothly, allowing our community to focus on spiritual growth and connection. Peggy’s commitment to serving others reflects the core values of Through His Eyes International Church, making her an essential part of our mission to see the world through God’s eyes.

Crystal leads the prayer and intercessor for the church as well as the prayer and fast focus. She is gifted by the Holy Spirit to pray for others and she has the gift of prophecy to hear what GOD is saying to individuals in times of need. With a heart full of compassion, Crystal dedicates her time to uplifting the congregation through fervent prayer and spiritual guidance. Her unwavering faith and commitment to intercession create a powerful atmosphere of hope and healing, encouraging others to deepen their relationship with God. Crystal believes in the transformative power of prayer and actively seeks to inspire others to engage in this vital aspect of their faith journey.
